Pros
The atmosphere here really sets Bridgecrest apart from other companies. You quickly start to feel like you belong and are part of something bigger. If you have goals, leadership takes them seriously. I feel every teammate, supervisor, manager, assistant director, and director are fully invested into your development. If you want to grow as an individual with a great company, Bridgecrest is the place to do it.
Cons
It was hard to think of any cons. But if I had to find one, It would be the PTO vs Sick Time. if you are feeling under the weather or sick, you have to use your Paid Time Off. In your first year you don't accrue PTO very quickly. I found myself coming to work sick, coughing and sneezing a few times. Other than that, all of the benefits are above industry standard in my opinion
