Pros
Great culture and environment. Of all the places i have worked DriveTIme/Bridgecrest has been the best. The open door policy is so good, that there are no doors. It's a collaborative environment and all ideas are entertained, which is great. The bonus structure and benefits are on point and are better than most companies in AZ.
Cons
the promoting from within piece has not been what it used to be and we find ourselves hiring from the outside. This is not so much a bad thing, but it is taking away opportunities from those who have earned the positions internally. We should be able to roll over out PTO time and not lose it if its not used by the end of the year.
