-The incentives for succeeding and hitting bonus are amazing, you don't find that kind of opportunity for making money in many jobs - Hrly pay also ensures well compensated for time even if you don't hit the bonus - Coworkers are friendly and there for you -Very easy to go higher in the company - Fair workload expected

Cons

-It's a 5-6 day work week :Schedule is set hrs , and depending on your schedule you might find you don't have as much time for planning things outside of work. -Only time off is PTO or Holidays - Sometimes you may have a bad route for the month
