• Pay is good • Family Oriented • Uncapped Bonuses • Overtime (when offered) • Benefits after 30 days • Room for Advancement

Cons

It's a call center!! So beware of who you talk to because your information could be getting around without you knowing. It's pretty big, a lot of people. There is only one men's and women's restroom in the entire building!! The ladies restroom is always shutting down. Some managers are cool to talk with, others not so much.

No upward movement Low pay Culture. If someone doesn’t like you, then a large group will copy that persons opinion on you Micromanagement Clock watching
