This company is very invested in the growth and development of its employees. Once your leadership team finds out what your goals are, they are going to do everything they can to help you get there. The culture and environment is hands down the best I have ever been in. They are always looking for new ways to motivate and inspire the team. The open door policy helps to build collaboration with management and employees. Leaders are always willing to hear our input and implement our ideas and strategies. They also have good compensation and benefits. I look forward to continuing to grow within this company.
Cons
The schedule is not very flexible so it would be tough to work around a second job or school. Also, the parking is rough, they did build another parking lot, but you have to walk a bit to get to the main building and with professional attire it can be uncomfortable.
