Pros

mon-friday some saturdays, pay is decent if you don't have a degree, free coffee and water.

Cons

The people, super ghetto place to work. non -professional . some employees had on shorts and shirts from the thrift mart. micromangement runs rapid. The place is outdated and they have low cubes for "collaboration" what kind of collaborating you need for collections? favoritism , oh and there is NO HR on site.... big red flag. if you don't have a degree and like micromanagement style then this place is for you. if you have a degree, please runaway and never come back.

Medical benefits were cheap and great coverage

Cons

No upward movement Low pay Culture. If someone doesn’t like you, then a large group will copy that persons opinion on you Micromanagement Clock watching
