Pros

-High competitive hourly pay -Fantastic location -Great Benefits -Easy Job

Cons

-Schedule is constantly switching and they often don't tell you where they will be putting you until the day before -Job security is always in question, even though i was never written up, I felt liek I could be let go at any moment -Agents opinions and feedback are disregarded -Bonus potential is good, but they set the goals high for 3-4 month periods so getting a bonus becomes rare. -Promotions are given based off of popularity rather than performance, qualifications, or metrics.

Cons

No upward movement Low pay Culture. If someone doesn’t like you, then a large group will copy that persons opinion on you Micromanagement Clock watching
