Pros

Fellow employees are decent- sometimes.

Cons

Let’s start with the downsides…. Hopefully I can remember them all. I have worked at Bridgecrest for almost 7 years- 7 years too long. I have watched the management team become more and more like classic late stage capitalism corporate and am honesty disgusted with the direction the company is going in. They love to preach inclusivity, honesty, and progress. One of the things they LOVE is to constantly change things up in hope of finding a good business model (they haven’t found one yet, though). Also, management is never on the same page so employees are never correctly engaging in their work how they are supposed to. Favoritism is strong within this company. This is an employer who will tell their operations department to expect a raise, string them along through the holidays, only to tell them that there were going to be no raises. They present a 3% raise like it’s God’s gift to Earth; they can’t even keep up with inflation. The management team will be shady and keep information from their employees, and tell their employees they simply don’t have those answers yet. Management and their training programs are abysmal at best. During COVID, provided no support to employees, and brought everyone back into the office. When questioned why we were going back into the office, it was always a different answer. They make things up to best fit their own agenda. Somehow they make it on the list for best employers to work for, but no one I’ve ever spoken to has filled that survey out. Work/life balance has much to be desired. The company has no regard for their workers but instead of how many dealerships they open. This company preys on their consumers and actively targets their weak points. Predatory company overall, with a very good front. But once you get inside it’s all snakes.
