Cons

Low pay for non union members Employees voices arent heard above their direct supervisor Communication to all lower managers from upper management is poor Promotions occur based on personal relationships rather than quality of work produced.

Pros

Office environment is often very helpful and calm. Everybody can (help) do anybody’s job, as long as communication is clear. Employees are always the best part of the day, they are friendly, personable, and attentive.

Cons

Organization is converting into modern technology, some bits and pieces are still pen and paper. But Leadership is actively converting to technological environment.
