Pros

The benefits and paid time off are just awesome, my coworkers are great and the work we do is important really makes a difference which makes you feel good.

Cons

Given the nature of the work, there is little flexibility in workday (but its understandable) and the pay is just okay but we get regular raises.

Pros

Office environment is often very helpful and calm. Everybody can (help) do anybody’s job, as long as communication is clear. Employees are always the best part of the day, they are friendly, personable, and attentive.

Cons

Organization is converting into modern technology, some bits and pieces are still pen and paper. But Leadership is actively converting to technological environment.
