Dangerous if you're working at a high risk behavior home, No lunch breaks, Management was lazy and Pd on call never come relieve worker if there's a call out or no show even thought that's part of there job. pay rate is underpaid for the required job.

Office environment is often very helpful and calm. Everybody can (help) do anybody’s job, as long as communication is clear. Employees are always the best part of the day, they are friendly, personable, and attentive.

Cons

Organization is converting into modern technology, some bits and pieces are still pen and paper. But Leadership is actively converting to technological environment.
