Pros

You love the people you help as well as your team. Supportive supervisors. A lot of training opportunities. You learn a lot. You really gain a family of people who are willing to help and support you.

Cons

There’s a lot of outside factors including guardians that affect your work environment. Sometimes staff members are more difficult than any outside factors. It’s a very rewarding job but the pay doesn’t reflect. If you’re in it for the money, this isn’t the job for you.

Office environment is often very helpful and calm. Everybody can (help) do anybody’s job, as long as communication is clear. Employees are always the best part of the day, they are friendly, personable, and attentive.

Cons

Organization is converting into modern technology, some bits and pieces are still pen and paper. But Leadership is actively converting to technological environment.
