Pros

Bridgewell really pushes itself to be as good as it can possibly be with the population we work with. I met so many PDs & DSPs while at Bridgewell that were really passionate about caring for our individuals.

Cons

As with any large company, getting things communicated could be a challenge at times. A lot of my staff would want more money but I know the company was looking at raising rates when I left.

Pros

Office environment is often very helpful and calm. Everybody can (help) do anybody’s job, as long as communication is clear. Employees are always the best part of the day, they are friendly, personable, and attentive.

Cons

Organization is converting into modern technology, some bits and pieces are still pen and paper. But Leadership is actively converting to technological environment.
