I can't really think of any to share. Bridgewell is a great place to work. They truly strive to live up to their mission statement.

Pros

Office environment is often very helpful and calm. Everybody can (help) do anybody’s job, as long as communication is clear. Employees are always the best part of the day, they are friendly, personable, and attentive.

Cons

Organization is converting into modern technology, some bits and pieces are still pen and paper. But Leadership is actively converting to technological environment.
