Lack of training, no increase in salaries from dsp on up the later, lack or up level support, environment very stressful and unprofessional coworkers, doesn't follow all procedures according to policies, to much of cover up from upper level, no accountability for upper levels, no support from your coworkers or supervisors, to many bosses instead of supervisors
