Pros
Management is not micromanaging and let’s you have choices as an employee.
Cons
Pay was not correct. I did not get paid Milage five times, and then got paid minimum wage on my regular check, when I make more than minimum wage. I had to wait days to even get answers as to where my money was. Higher management only cares about money and does not value DSPs.
