Pros

Associates to obtain their hours for licensure.

Cons

Environment is filled with greed and drama. Environment has become more of a mental health agency. Clinicians, who actually provide sessions are compensated poorly. They’ll offer incentives, however many strings attached. Environment is similar to working for a county entity.

Pros

Strong leadership team that genuinely cares about both employees and the clients we serve. The company mission to expand access to mental health services is evident in daily operations and decision making. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and actively involved. There is a positive team environment with opportunities to grow, learn, and take on meaningful responsibilities.

Cons

With the company’s significant and continued growth, there are ongoing policy and process updates. While these changes ultimately support long term success, they can require adjustment from staff.

Pros

I really love the other therapists I work with.

Cons

I really dislike the way management communicates big changes. There's no empathy, there's no transparency. They rolled out provider pay cuts including cutting pay, cutting PTO, and eliminating ability to get bonuses and their response has simply been "well, everywhere else is bad too." They've taken away every reason to work for this company and don't quite seem to realize that. I'd love for my supervisor to work a full month as a clinician again (at my salary, not his) and then tell me to "just flex my time to have better work/life balance."
