Pros

Brillio is great work place. Highly supportive management. couple of months back our COE met us to know our experience in Brillio. He gave each of us his time to understand the improvements required / took our feedback. As Brillio is one of the fast track company. I am clear about my career development. As an Engineer I have been given all the liberty to come up with my innovative thoughts. Senior Management is very supportive.

Cons

Every company will have challenges as a start up company Brillio needs minor changes am sure as and when we move up the ladder will over come such hurdles.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
