      -Good products -discount -good if you like a smaller store -some very good leaders

      Cons

      -management does not care about employees -want to see you doing things the whole day, no rests even when you want to just stand for a bit after helping a bunch of customers -supervisors have power trips and treat employees like children

      Pros

      I always got full hours even when I was part time.

      Cons

      Unnecessary stress for a job that should not consume your life. The locations I’ve worked at all employees (ESPECIALLY OPS) act like high schoolers
