Loss of experienced people leading to loss of institutional knowledge and expertise at getting things done right the first time. Many new folks learning their jobs. Continuous budget cuts and layoffs - good news is established folks can request layoff and retire early WORST huge errosion in medical benefits. 2025-2026 32% increase in cost of single person high deductible insurance. Huge increase in allowable billable cost for the same cpt code services (eg. 2025 Dr visit $115 and same visit in 2026 $247).
