Pros
The people are okay, but those that stay here are delusional.
Cons
-High level leadership is very involved, micromanaging decisions. The new commercial model is a nightmare. Not one team is clear of their roles and responsibilities. The layoffs, realignments, and chaos are extremely concerning. 2024-2028 is going to be extremely rough financially, logistically, and emotionally. They talk about all the “stuff” happening, but don’t realize that it is all a façade -Middle management is misguided, misinformed, and lost. There is no training, no process, and many lack basic professional experience to fulfill their responsibilities. There is no path for development after the recent changes, we all feel stuck. Everyone is a number including the massive amount of contract employees in all departments. No one is safe, it is an extremely volatile and toxic environment. No one is happy, everyone talks about it. -Day to day teams (those that are still here) are in the dark on everything. They are left to get the job done with little to no direction. The numerous changes to ways of working, vendors used, and the leadership overseeing the change have left teams spinning. Nothing gets done and no one has the power to fix anything. Everything is slow, behind, and filled with red tape and barriers. There is mass confusion in all departments. In general this is a poorly run company.
