Continuous budget cuts and layoffs - good news is established folks can request layoff and retire early WORST huge errosion in medical benefits. 2025-2026 32% increase in cost of single person high deductible insurance. Huge increase in allowable billable cost for the same cpt code services (eg. 2025 Dr visit $115 and same visit in 2026 $247).
