Pros
Pay and benefits are OK.
Cons
- NO APPRECIATION of the outstanding performance at the company’s level. People is a disposable commodity for BMS; if, for whatever reason, they need to walk over those who diligently work for them, they will, regardless of the performance or anything else. - NO INTEGRITY & INCLUSION. Even though BMS promotes these as their values, none of that is truly appreciated or practiced. People are forced to resign for being of a different cultural background and mindset and for not willing to abandon their beliefs at BMS’s request. - NO TRANSPARENCY & HONESTY in communication with HR and management. You never know whether they are sincere or playing games with you. - NO FLEXIBILITY. Instead of allowing the office-based employees to work remotely (like many companies do now), BMS wants everyone to come to the office 2-3 time per week and do the same things they can do from home. - TOXIC POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT is actively promoted by in the workplace. They want you to work for them only if you sell yourself inside out to become their political ‘lady of the night’. The ‘if you’re one of us, you’ll take a bite’ approach is widely used within the company.
