Pros
Broadview has some great people including the leadership. It's a chilled, lay-back, non-micromanging environment. They encourage people to move to different positions within the company. They have free lunch Mon-Fri. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. Love the 401K here. The position was a good stepping stone but very temporarily.
Cons
It's becoming the opposite ever since the merger. There are so many glitches and issues since the merger with Capcom and the workload quadrupled. People are leaving like there's no tomorrow so the work continues to multiply. There are brand new procedures and customer service representatives get the short end of the stick behind most initiatives. Their scheduling is also terrible if you don't have other responsibilities outside of work.
