Downfall - Anonymous employee Broadview Federal Credit Union Employee Review

The merger has destroyed the culture of the entire company. Broadview - formerly SEFCU used to be a fantastic place to work. The company cares more about their public image than their employees wellbeing which previously was something they always prioritized. They have also failed to offer reasonable ADA accommodations unless it fits their agenda.
