Pros

Learn a lot of new automation technology applicable in the industry Have really strong clients particulalry in their airline business Definitely can gain experience that looks very good for entry level engineers

Cons

Have limited career opportunities to grow into for future. Extremely mediocre pay for the type of work they make you do particularly when commissioning on site especially because there is no over-time pay and instead they make you take flex time by taking off regular work days after to offset the extra hours you are forced to work on weekends. Terrible work life balance when going on-site and if you have a grumpy Team Lead, they will get on you about everything and make everything your fault despite them not communicating things properly. Give you a lot of false promises like telling me in my interview that the company is growing but then randomly lay-off people due to lack of work. They also guaranteed me that I would make x amount in my first year but I guess they didn't mention the part that they would lay me off after the first few months. Are not considerate of you and your well being at all as they make you drive for unimportant meetings in bad weather and will blame you for not making it even if you get into an accident (speaking of experience). Talent Managers are practically useless in actually helping you protect your job as they look at every way to put you down as well but I suppose this varies from person to person.

Pros

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
