Business Outlook
Pros
Very fun work environment, especially if you are young and just out of school. Company party every year, most of the employees create a good social environment. A lot of the lead Project managers are great and crate a great team environment as well.
Cons
the pay is well below average, and the max salary increase you can get in a year is 10% (which you most likely wont reach even if you are a top performer). Bonuses usually wont get you close to industry average either. Prepared to be working long hours. Benefits are also fair and could use significant improvement. Leadership has asked employees to go post positive reviews about the company as well. Until the compensation is improved, the cons significantly outweigh the pros.
