Pros

The company offers lots of challenges and many areas to improve your skills. They are focused on customer satisfaction and always make sure they deliver great quality work.

Cons

There is lots of travel involved, lots of time away from home. Unpaid overtime...appreciation is not always there ....no sick days

Pros

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
