you are always challenged with exciting work.. day in and day out. There is always new stuff that you learn on site and in house. Do expect frequent travel to on-site.. if you love pressure, on-site challenges and working with clients this is the place to be. you need to prove yourself to establish a position. -Flex times

Cons

-Pension and other benefits are not the best. - More of a Microsoft shop

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
