Pros

Very apt to hire new grads Profit sharing and bonuses twice a year (after 6-month probation) Free lunches at least once a month Can work from home occasionally

Cons

New employees are grossly underpaid according to location and industry standards and most employees lack the ability to move up within the company because of the flat business structure.

Pros

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
