- Free lunch - Fellow employees are okay. Some of them drank the company Kool-Aide - Flex time - Profit sharing

Cons

- Management is completely incompetent. - Little to no direction for new employees. The training is a joke. - Preach that their a “family oriented” company but they don’t care about you. - Project Managers try to find any way to cut corners on projects and put more money in their pockets, even if that means leaving their engineers stranded in the basement of an airport for months on end. - Pay is insultingly low.

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
