Pros
I really enjoy working here. What I like most of they have a ton of structures in place to make you feel like they actual want you there. They'll try to get you doing work that you actually want to do, they have salary reviews to try and keep your salary at a level you deserve, and they have a ton of friendly people you can talk to if you have any concerns. They have other good perks, my favourite being flex time - if you need to put in overtime you simple take some time off with a 1:1 return.
Cons
Only 15 days vacation until 8 years with the company. The official sick day policy seems to be that you have to make up time you're sick. Would have liked the option of RRSP contribution matching instead of a company pension plan.
