Pros

Amazing company to work for. They care a lot about their employees and their professional development. They will accommodate your work schedule for any personal matters. They have extremely flexible hours. Almost everyone who works here is great to work with. Travel can be very flexible with opportunities to be apart of airline/hotel rewards programs of your choice (this pays off huge as you can spend vacation days on resorts for practically nothing). Lots of room for growth with challenging and rewarding projects. Excellent management team. Great IT team. Corporate events such as the Christmas party are extremely enjoyable.

Cons

Lots of travel and lack of full overtime pay (this is made up in paid time off and premiums).

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
