Pros

Great atmosphere. Everyone I work with is incredibly nice. Good opportunities for travelling. Seriously, the culture here is amazing. We work hard, and we play harder. Shout out to the absolutely fantastic HR team that is dedicated to making your life better!

Pros

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
