Pros

Pay is on time, expenses always paid in a timely manner.

Cons

Expected to bow down to Junior level Engineers. Expected to chauffeur Canadians to/from DFW. Pay 20-30% lower than going rate. Bonus' and profit sharing much lower than guaranteed.

Pros

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
