Very flexible hours and position responsibilities. You do not have specific tasks assigned to your position and can thus explore different options and ideas that may interest you. The company is also rapidly growing allowing for a great deal of responsibility for relatively junior staff.

Cons

Company culture is too sink or swim. The company structure does not have any real form of middle management, leading to no real guidance for new employees (of which there are many)

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
