Pros

Very good at treating you like a person if you are sick and they take you out to company paid dinners a lot. Fly you out to Canada 1 time a year for a whole company party

Cons

The Benifits are not that great with a high deductible on health insurance and you can really never get a bump in pay. Instead of paying for all our meals our and the 1 year company party I would just like pay you more.

Pros

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
