Pros

A great place to learn and grow. As long as a person is willing to put in effort, he/she would be given responsibility. Lots of travel, but it's a great way to learn while on site. They organize for lunch and learn from time to time. Management is transparent.

Cons

Compensation is fairly average. Overtime is not rewarded with cash. Depending on projects, sometimes, they send people on site with short notice.

Pros

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
