Good training for entry level engineers to get some experience, Great work culture, can learn a lot in a short time.

Cons

The travel commissioning work is tough, working in dirty airports with no AC/heat for extended periods of time, The pay is very low compared to other companies, expect to get paid a lot less than others in same position.

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
