Access to working on the full SDLC?

Cons

Extremely poor compensation for the work involved, little/no direction from upper management, long/unrewarded/unacknowledged hours, etc. There is a workaholic-expecation culture at Brock. OK place to work right out of school to get some experience but definitely not somewhere to make a career.

Pros

Here are 3 pro's. They have an amazing family atmosphere. Everybody is helpful but there are also some that are micromanagers. Next, events are hosted from time to time so a lot of members have a buddy buddy type relationship. Lastly, they have talent managers to keep you in check. They want to make sure you have everything so you perform your job at a satisfactory level.

Cons

Talent managers have a good side, and a bad side. They won't hold back when it comes to reviews and underperformance. If needed, they will report your underperformance to HR if it gets to that level.
