Cons

The management style is bullying. Trickles down form the BIG owner of the company. Sexist culture. Very little diversity or women. No women in management and they probably never even notice. No real encouragement. Negative environment.

The company is trying to turn itself around in a tough market. In fairness, anyone the new higher-ups brought in were favored. So if you were hired recently, you're golden

Recent high turnover was predetermined. In my time there, the company was streamlining, laying off a bunch of staff, and then started re-hiring quite quickly.
