Employees have a great support structure and look out for each other. Very fun to work during harvest and peak production time.

Cons

Employees look out for each other because management is busy looking out for themselves. Owners are very mean spirited and view all employees as tools to line their pockets. Loyalty means nothing to ownership.

The company is trying to turn itself around in a tough market. In fairness, anyone the new higher-ups brought in were favored. So if you were hired recently, you're golden

Recent high turnover was predetermined. In my time there, the company was streamlining, laying off a bunch of staff, and then started re-hiring quite quickly.
