Benefits are top notch. You can't find better benefits in this industry, period. You get to see Mr. Franzia driving his 1997 Saturn around the complex and this will always make you work harder. Bivio management are very laid back to work for.

Cons

You can't pay your rent in benefits. They take entry-level drivers and pay them about the same as experienced drivers. They'll try to low-ball you on pay and get you as close to $16/hr as possible. Starting pay for experienced drivers is $17/hr if you're lucky.

Recent high turnover was predetermined. In my time there, the company was streamlining, laying off a bunch of staff, and then started re-hiring quite quickly.
