Paycheck is deposited on time.

Cons

There are many. Training is non-existent. All the work is done by newer employees while the older employees “supervise”. You are guilted into working outrageous amounts of overtime. Pay is simply “okay” and is only balanced out because there is so much overtime. Cellar workers are treated like sub-class citizens. I am grateful to have moved on from this company and I suggest that anyone looking to apply this company should look elsewhere—even the McDonald’s down the street is preferable to this place.

The company is trying to turn itself around in a tough market. In fairness, anyone the new higher-ups brought in were favored. So if you were hired recently, you're golden

Recent high turnover was predetermined. In my time there, the company was streamlining, laying off a bunch of staff, and then started re-hiring quite quickly.
