Bronco is very fair with their compensation and seem to be leading in todays market. There is opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, and they also give wage increases. Everyone is very friendly, great small company feel in terms of how close everyone is.

The company is trying to turn itself around in a tough market. In fairness, anyone the new higher-ups brought in were favored. So if you were hired recently, you're golden

Recent high turnover was predetermined. In my time there, the company was streamlining, laying off a bunch of staff, and then started re-hiring quite quickly.
