Quiet and friendly office environment. Good benefits packages. Strong potential for growth. Meaningful input from department managers. Good place to get your foot in the door in the Wine industry.

Cons

Wages below market value. Attendance policy leniency is the legal minimum. Office workers are subject to the same policies and training as production, some which may be incompatible with department. Differences in vision between C-Suite officers can hinder projects. Trans-hostile dress code. No severance package if you are laid off.

Recent high turnover was predetermined. In my time there, the company was streamlining, laying off a bunch of staff, and then started re-hiring quite quickly.
