Pros

Lots of automation. Good pay. Work is simple and not stressful. Mainly change overs to different bottle sizes. Free coffee in break room.

Cons

Live and die by the time clock. One minute late and incident. When things are running, even when they are running good, they want you on that line. They have three lines and want two mechanics per line to stay and watch. little bit of over kill. Can't be in shop rebuilding or working on any other equipment. They rather you watch bottles go buy, which can get extremely boring.

The company is trying to turn itself around in a tough market. In fairness, anyone the new higher-ups brought in were favored. So if you were hired recently, you're golden

Recent high turnover was predetermined. In my time there, the company was streamlining, laying off a bunch of staff, and then started re-hiring quite quickly.
