Pros
No pressure to work effectively because the hospital is too disorganized and can’t retain employees long enough to develop them. So low expectations. Just show up and they’re happy.
Cons
Patient population is a disaster. 15% are actually sick and NEED to be hospitalized, 40% use this place like a clinic to refill meds, get dialysis, etc., the rest are just malingering and abusive to staff
