Frustrating - Anonymous employee BronxCare Health System Employee Review

Non-compliant patients Horrible management. Mgmt constantly changing protocol, employees constantly getting reprimanded due to ever changing protocols/rules/guidelines. Bad neighborhood. Dangerous, especially at night Constant turnover in all positions -- from chairman positions to housekeeping Primarily (95%+) Spanish speaking patients (no understanding of English); providers expected to communicate with no assistance (i.e. interpreters) Shady business practices
