You don't receive any type of raises, even when you ask and advocate for yourself. There never seems to be enough support staff because they leave to go to higher paying positions. We always get scraps for employees that apply to positions. Upper management never listens to your needs or the needs of your team. The organization prides itself in "taking care of the bronx" but employees only give a damn about themselves and their paycheck.
